We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Payment must be received within 5 business days of order placement. Unpaid orders will be cancelled. We will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks as permitted by Kentucky law.

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. and shipping supplies (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc...). This not only helps
preserve our natural resources but also cuts our cost which we can then pass on
to you, the customer. We are not cheap, just environmentally conscious for the
sake of our children's future. |

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of new/unused/unopened products within 14 days of receipt with exception of personal care items and clearance merchandise. (See details below.) Products defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship must be directed to their respective manufacturer. Supermommy's Superstore LLC does not process or exchange defective products. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 7 days from the date of receipt. All discrepancies must be reported to Supermommy's Superstore within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned at the buyer's cost in same condition as shipped--unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included and tags attached (when applicable). Items must be free of odors, pet hair, dirt, stains, etc... The following items are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges: Belly Bandit Breast pads, LilyPadz and breast pillows Breast pump replacement/spare parts Personal hygiene products Personalized/monogrammed products Skin care (lotion, body wash, nipple cream, etc...) - All clearance merchandise
A 15% restocking fee is applied to returns which have damaged packaging or do not have tags attached. Buyer responsible for return shipping on exchanges. Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless we ship the incorrect product. Supermommy's Superstore, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return which does not meet the said return policy. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders ship within three (3) business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Special order items may take up to 15 business days to process and ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to place holidays orders in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.We provide proof of shipment for all packages but cannot be responsible for transit time or lost, damaged, and/or stolen packages. Shipping insurance is highly recommended on all packages. All discrepancies must be reported to Supermommy's Superstore within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless we ship the incorrect product. |

Supermommy's Superstore, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Supermommy's Superstore, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
